Is anyone else unable to get onto the wakefield website ? Ive been trying since this morning but it will not connect.

Glad its not just me, we have just got a new laptop at the weekend and i was thinking there could be something wrong with it.

Its working fine for me.

They did say the other night they were upgrading to a new CMS on the site.

well done again, also was in shop saturday and it was a pleasure to be served by people who actually seemed happy to be in a job and taking your cash!!

did have a chuckle tho that the visa payment had gone to west yorks windows account, and before anyone makes anything of that I know its required at present, so DONT!

This might have something to do with the previous regime allegedly saboutaging lots of things at the club in a scorched earth type exercise!

Its terrible to do that to former workmates/employees and the Club they support. What could they hope to gain from it ?

Pathetic, I know the past is past but they ought to get stuffed just for the sheer hell of it

And of course we know this to be fact because we heard it from the people we will believe anything in right now.

My guess is that most of this can be put down to the fact that several people lost their jobs with no notice and had no handover period. One person leaving a job in a SME can cause problems - 5 or more, and some of them key people, will be so much harder.

I think some people would believe that these former employees have been plotting to blow up Pinderfields Hospital if they were told it on here.

Don't know what to believe personally,but while at the counter buying my season ticket on friday morning some chap who had called in for 2 tickets for the game asked if ST holders still got 10% off purchased goods to which the girl said yes if you are a ST holder, the man replied he was and could he purchase this coat even though he did not have the ticket on him as he had called in, in his dinner hour from work and that his details should be on file, when the young girl who seemed new to the job tried to access the data there was none, and fwiw when I bought my ticket I had to fill out my particulars as well as it seems that mine and others have somehow been misplaced, whats your perspective on that then?
