18's and 20's sent home fro training apparently. No coaches are still employed. (apart from JK I suppose)

so we have no one running the back room at all

This is like a slow lingering death. Can't see the coaches of the 18's and 20's will have been on a great deal for the function they perform and the young lads are so important to the future of the club. How long before they start to leave for other clubs.

If Mr Glover is buying us, he needs to get it completed asap.

Has Kear gone as well so we will just be left with players or are the 1st team coaches still there?

Suspect thats the reason. Putting 2 and 2 together, O'Hara's made comment about the significant number of non-playing staff and the wage bill for them. Perhaps this is to offer some people a job with the new owners but on more realistic terms from the clubs perspective and to get rid of some of the dead wood

Sad news for the people who have lost their jobs.
