If true a VERY good signing.
However like all half backs the key to success is playing with a rolling pack. So that's what we need to rebuild next.

I'm V surprised by those comments! every time i've watched him i've being really impressed by him, dont get me wrong he's not terry campese but still an impressive player

He's a great in field kicker, good at taking the line on, v creative, basically every thing you'd want in a half back

That's probably the reason we are in for him. If he's unsettled lets have him.
I'm not too bothered if he wees people off in the short term as long as can kick the ball to Millard and pass the ball to quickly to the outside backs and direct traffic.

I think that we don't need a superstar half back, we just need someone to direct us round the field and with i good kicking game. So long as we get somebody who can do this then i don't care who it is.

Those posts were in April when the Raiders were going terrible. He was dropped a couple of times during that period. To be fair to him Campese also was poor at that time.
He has been playing very well over the last 6 weeks or so and has had a couple of very good games. Rumours around that Canberra were after another halfback (at that time) if that is true perhaps he is on the market. Good player.

I'd echo that; I watch all the live NRL games every weekend and in recent weeks, he's looked good. In a Wakey side, he'd look bloody brilliant.

If we do announce, I'll feel significantly better about our ambitions for next season.
