Gone for Snitch, decent game never gave up, provided our only real go forward with Henderson not far behind. Thought we looked very lacklustre today, Wigan appeared to want it more, and Ainscough and Tompkin tore us to shreds.

Very dissapointed.

its such a lazy criticism to say players cant be bothered, it does happen but imo you are misinterpreting a poor performance as lack of effort. maybe the 3 victories in 7 days took it out of us who knows. i saw passages of play where we made amateur mistakes, particularly in defence, and i also saw a wigan side who whilst not at their best had the gumption to attack our weakest areas repeatedly and they reaped the rewards.
hopefully we will be back on track next week in edinburgh and think the players deserve a bit of slack

Wilkes as he was the only player looking to drive imho I think he has looked good this year

henderson for me, we all mention his workload but today he was non stop and especially at time when we needed it. in fact the pack generally were ok.
usual credits to broughy who seems to have everyone on a downer on here for some reason.

In seriousness, in a lacklustre affair where most players didn't look with it, he shaded it for me with his workrate.

gone for wilkes he has been great all season, snitch has been good as well. both of em have stepped up this year, deserve more credit than they get.

thought the team looked tired today hope their okay next week it will be a long way home if we lose especially in that hummer with the pie munching drunks

Couldn't fault hendo today, and usually he's crap so says everything about the rest.
Put it down to a one off

Wigan did a good job of keeping him out of the game today. Only really got involved towards the end of the first half putting in a couple of nice little kicks to Blaymire down the side of the pitch that Ainscough had been strolling past the defence ball in hand. A couple of his trademark penalties could have swung the result the other way.

diagree . He always takes the ball up well...look at the game v Warrington had his head taken off 3 times and still took the ball up.

WTF Hendo has been one of our better players this year. Takes the ball up hard and straight when others don't want to, he's cut his mistakes down too.

Agreed, good player Hendo. Certianly underrated he gets through some hard graft

i also disagree with this post. he is not the most skillfull player at the club but he punches well above his weight when taking ball up, he gets knocked about a lot but that doesnt stop him he just keeps going and making yards and tackles.
