Did we sign him on a two year contract?? I really hope so, because he is a class player...Watching his defence and fitness levels against leeds i reckon this guy could be another Menzies and play on a couple more years...

There's an article in league weekly today he says he's talking to us about a new deal but other clubs ave shown an interest, whether that's to put the frightners on us to get him tied up who knows

This seasons performances alone and the lift he seems to give us is worth another year at least...

After last season at bradford, wakefield took a chance. He is one of them blokes that gets stuck in and sets a good example. The down cops a few knocks on the way.

He been excellent this season, only having one bad game from memory. The only issue is his quota status. Trinity only have two spots open for next season. If Morrison extends his deal then thats down to one.

There will be no sentiment in his decision and at his age who could blame him.

Morrison has a proven record in Super League and is a massive player for us.

He's worth the quota spot to me.

I would do the same as well if I was in his position,
he's not been here long enough to have any true loyalties for the club but he will sure know the genuine feel for his presence at Belle Vue and I too would like him to extend his contract but not at the expense of the club,
if he feels he had to move on after this season then he would my gratitude for the time he has played for us,
very talented player IHMO

we need to sign him up quickly.he has been a stand out performer all season when he has played and showed on friday night he gives 100% every time he plays and gives us good go forward and tight defence and thats what we missed him when he was out injured.

According to todays League Express Morrison made 52 tackles on Friday v Leeds. An incredible effort.

I agree we should resign. For me he has been the player of the season, totally outstanding and a great leader. If JD decided to retire at the end of this year then I would look no further than GM for the armband. I also agree with an earlier poster, after meeting him earlier in the year he is a genuinely decent bloke.
