while all the positive work is ongoing it not going to happen quick enough for the saints game to increase the capacity passed the 5333 that was slapped on us.

Our aim has been to get this increased for the Cas game

yes the work done is a tester, no good doing them all and finding they wouldn't do the job, even though I felt confident its not my money to lose

What is the likely capacity for Cas then? Back to full capacity of 11k or between that and 5333?

while I have no position within the club and am giving my skills to help resolve the problem I did ask if I could report to the fans on the work being done, so here goes...

the capacity of 5333 was put on the club due tests on barriers not reaching a required standard in which we are being rectifying, test have been done and meet requirements, work will continue to achieve our goal as quick as possible.

as for wanting to know the expected capacity why would you be concerned just buy your ticket and your in

puzzled how this would work. if it was still 5333 for the cas game and trin have sold 2,000 ST's when the turnstile clicks reach 5333 would that mean any late ST arrivals would be denied admittance, or would it be possible to just let everybody who turned up pay in and sod the H+S as i'm sure we would all prefer. hope you've got it all sorted by then anyway and then it won't matter

If it was that for Cas, the sensible option would be to make it all-ticket. Don't have one, it's tough.

As for Snowie - thanks for the response. Wasn't necessarily worrying but just wondering how demand might pan out. Don't have time to get down to Cas shop during week so relying on internet/phone, which with limited resources doesn't work at Cas either.

please don't be puzzled we have 5 weeks before the game so at this moment don't surmise anything until closer the date

that's the thing I can't put a figure on a correct capacity as its just not all down to physical work done by us, there is paper work being done also that backs it all up, when this is all done its reliant on the council to give the figure

No part of the stadium is closed you can stand anywhere you want aswell.

Western terrace is where the away fans now go and although segregation will only be in force for certain games this season the western terrace is where away fans are encouraged to go.

Why the western terrace, up to last year, behind the sticks was the away end. I have stood there for many years. Why the change. It has caused nothing but hassle.

Because now behind the sticks is the home end since the roof has been built and due to a few flash points in the 2012 season away fans now go on the western terrace although segregation will been relaxed from what it was last season apart from a few games.

I've always stood on the north terrace, glad you away riff raff have been given the elbow tbh. The club couldn't exactly build a new roof and then leave it for the away fans to enjoy.

Behind the sticks may have been where you stood, but it has never been an "away end"

It's been a long time since it has been anything but "an end" as we are a 3 sided stadium.
