He has the experience to bring on youngsters. Hull seem to know what they are doing by signing excellent youngsters that will make it together with experience to bring them on. Its how all the successful clubs have to work with the current salary cap.

The only experience that guys got to teach the youngsters is the drinking kind, straight liability in more ways than one.

Youngsters need to learn how to tackle round the legs, not the head. We have enough experienced players in the ranks to teach youngsters how to develop their game - Morro for one - we definitely don't need the likes of this Cas cast-off here.
