In his defence he is a backrower and with the likes of Clint Newton and ben Galea he had some stiff competition

Young and English he is the type of player we should be after so i am pleased we are after this sort of player even if the type of player may be being dictated to us by our financial and franchise situation.

I look forward to seeing him in a trin shirt and will reserve judgement on his playing abillity until i have seen him a few times but on the whole i am happy.

i have watched this lad play a few times. kear has done a great job bringing him . he has got a great eye for a player and this one is not chaff as you put it. there will be a lot at kr unhappy they have let him go. think what you are saying about us not playing youth is rubbish. we have played a lot of youth in the past 2 years,, quite sucessfully. if you haven't noticed them , you haven't been watching. ( trin ). great signing imo
