Well the world was different in the 70s. We were semi pro for a start.
And we did have investors in the 60s and early 70s.
And the lack of a magic money tree is why the team in the 70s fell apart and we went from challenging to letting all our players go. And going to second division.
I thought you'd been around a long time. Why don't you know that?
Accepting where our limits are is not the same as not striving to be better.
You should always set realistic goals with a bit of stretch.
