I always thought he was a good tough forward when he played for us was disappointed when he left .rip Adam walker.

Worked with him as a scholarship and Academy player and he was a lovely kid.

He had his issues and I think if he had a bit more guidance away from the field he could have had a stellar career.

Physically and mentally he was all about rugby but he struggled away from that and made some bad choices which ultimately saw him leave the sport.

Whenever we crossed paths through his career and after I always found him to be a lovely young man.

Exchanged messages on social media recently and he seemed to be doing well.

Very sad.

I might be wrong, but I think he was injured and put his hand up to play when we were short of players...and was duly selected for a random test. What little I saw of him he looked a good player.
