Quote ="1315trinity"I feel I have to respond to this. Whatever the problems at WT, they do not fall at the feet of MC.
Without him there would not be a WT.
So, back to the coach or the players. We've had financial restrictions while we've been in SL but it hasn't always reflected in the way we play, so is it the coach? (and god knows we've had enough of those) or the players. My view is that SOME of the players don't care about the club. If you don';t have the care you don't have the passion. on another post I've put time for a clearout and I feel there will have to be hopefully for SL.'"
Who made the decision on the coach? There seems to be this idea that because MC saved the club and has done a good job at stabilising us that he is untouchable when it comes to criticism, its sickening to listen to sometimes. Of course we appreciate the work he has done for our club, he is obviously trying to get it right but sometimes he doesn't.
Being honest, with the situation we found ourselves in at the time of CCs departure, I thought WP was the wrong option for us, we were crying out for an overhaul and we gave it to someone that was not only part of the previous coaching set up but also has never been a head coach, I like Poaching and I want to see him to succeed, its obviously not an easy job but for me we are only going one way now.
