Correct, it's not impossible, but unlikely in the extreme.
They have 4 scheduled fixtures remaining (plus 3 outstanding postponements). Winning all four of those fixtures would now not be enough.
To catch Salford would require them to win all 4 and could still be relegated on points difference. (or Salford could 'unfortunately' postpone one of their remaining 4 fixtures)
To catch Trinity they would need to win all four and then one of the rearranged fixtures (when?). If they lost one of those five then they'd need to win both of the remaining fixtures (as points difference comes as after one more they'd have played the same number of games). 7/25 would beat 6/24.
I doubt any of the remaining postponed games will be played in time.
We now need to be looking up to get out of the bottom 3.
