Cas.Tigers have gone above us though. Widnes only 2 points behind us with much better points diff. Castleford v Widnes next week, lets hope the Tigers do us a favour and beat them. if we get a win at Huddersfield, 2 home matches to follow we should be able to nail a place in top 8.

Tonights results have pretty much nailed us in the top 8 for me. We probably only need one more win to make sure which is a given and theres no way that two teams from the bottom four will makes up 3 wins on us with just six remaining.

The only caveat to that is if Salford get there points back. Even if they do i'd fancy us to hang on to eighth place witg Widnes slipping into the bottom four.

Cas did us a massive favour last night, somebody had to win and out of the teams below us prior to last nights games imo Cas were always going to finish above us at crunch time, so hopefully they'll do us another favour next week.

Used our 'get out of jail free' card for sure last night!
