Not bothered either way, when I've had jobs on a Sunday, I've just stuck a few half days leave in - no big deal.

Prefer 3pm, gives more time for tea at the parents after so we are in time to get home and put kids to bed.

I prefer 3pm since it means I can hear more of the RL coverage on Radio Leeds on the way home. I used to dislike trying to figure out the scores and stories when I began my drive home at around 5:20pm and had missed most of the coverage.

As for Friday night kick offs for home games it is a big, fat NO from me. Don't want it and hope we don't take this route.

I notice in recent years, even without Sky coverage the home match against Leeds has been moved to Fridays e.g. last season.
