Or in real life if last weeks shenanigans involving Widnes are any thing to go by, if you really think rugby league is still a family game you must go to matches with your head in your pocket.

Again misreading my posts. I wasn't talking about RL as a family game. I mentioned the "riugby league family" tag we keep hearing about. As if the game we have in common means we all respect each other..... No chance. Tbh I'm getting sick and tired of it and the way this RL family tag is used to hide the fact that some people are just plain nasty.

You're the only one who mentioned it! The 'RL family' is a myth, and has been for as long as I've been watching the game. Whatever fellow feeling might have been left over from the so-called good old days was snuffed out when SL started, when clubs were destroyed in faux-mergers and the chosen few were given special dispensation to keep them in SL.
