I live in East Yorkshire, in fact just around the corner from Kirk Dixon. When Ben played for Rovers my mother in law often saw him out walking the dog by Brough Haven (East Yorkshire) and I used to see him walking around the housing estate where I live.
I can't categorically say he lived in East Yorkshire when he played for Rovers but he was often spotted around our way when not playing/training.
