| I turned up today with my father in law and my two kids with season tickets in hand. We got in no problem only to find our seats had been taken. On speaking to a steward it became apparent that the club have double sold some of the seats. We managed to get seated and to be fair to the steward he did come back with an update which was " The club dont usually sell out in the seats so thats why its happened" We asked what we should do in the future and they said visit the club tomorrow and they would sort it out.
Now having spoken to a few people it would appear that people have had tickets sent out by the club even though they had collected them aswell. I know this is not my issue but its lost revenue as lots of people will have sold them on.
It will be an interesting discussion tomorrow as not only was I stood on the steps whilst they found us a seat but also have to waste time tomorrow sorting it out.
We never ever learn as a club.
Overall though I thought we did ok but lacked ideas in the last 20. With a bit more composure we would have won today quite easily.

| You could understand it if we had these administrative glitches this time last year, but I think its a bit concerning that they should be raising their heads now.....

| On the subject of season tickets, I bought two Junior memberships for my kids before yesterdays game on the basis they were going to be 20 quid each (which is the price that was still showing on the club website if I wanted to buy online) and it was gonna cost 12 quid just for the one match. This was their first game, but given it was only gonna cost me 16 quid more for the season tickets, I decided to buy them, as the kids then only needed to want to go to one more match and the extra cost would have been covered.
Got to the "Box Office" and was told they were now 40 quid each. Bought at that price, cos the kids were excited about having their own season tickets. My questions for the club are, have I paid the correct price? If so, please update the website. If not, who do I contact for a refund on the difference?

| The club is constantly striding to improve on and off the field, there certainly seems to be more people about on a matchday than last year.
Something's will take time, following on from the state of the previous administration, and others will just take time because that is how thing have to happen, usually because of cost benefits etc.
Something that isn't excusable though, and something that was promised from day one from AG himself was that they would always communicate well with the fans.
Their are IMO too many reported incidents of the club not following through on this promise, and it is such a simple courteous thing to do, it always beggars belief it doesn't always happen.
Someone/some people aren't giving 100% and that should be of concern to AG.

| I rang up today and although the lady appologised I was told that basically my seats had been written down wrong on my tickets but they could offer me similiar seats 5 rows back. Not a massive problem but I was then told that I could either change the tickets myself or bring them in for them to do it. My issue here is that if I have to show a steward my ticket and I have changed the details its going to look a bit dodgy.
Its not the biggest issue in the world but I always think that its not the mistake you make its how you correct it.
