I may be posting this while my feelings are a bit raw but hopefully someone from the club dips into this forum.
Today I tried to renew season tickets for my son and myself. My son is a wheelchair user so I want access to the pitch-side disabled area. They asked for proof of disability (which is a good idea) and then I threw the curve ball.
My wife does not get a seaon ticket as she does not like night games but gets a ticket for all other games so at times there will be 2 with my son.
Not any more apparently. So the are going to break up a family, which the previous regime never did.
While I can see that this area has been abused, the stewarding of this is down to the club and stewarding is at best lax.
If, however, that's what they want then my 50 years of support is over along with my sons 16 years.
I will pursue this matter with the club, but it being Friday, it is POETS day. I know this is a rant but this is important to me and if anyone from the club reads this expect a call on Monday when hopefully I will be calmer.
This may have acted as a pressure release.

it is a tricky one that mate , maybe a personal plea in writing by letter ect may do it.

i must add i had a phone call from james elston early this year/season and resolve an issue however a bigger one cropped up and the young lass in the club shop tried to ring him he wasn't in so she left him my number no reply and when no reply same again a week or so later.... however on that occasion i did not use this medium . maybe a little dusting is still required but give them time mate its a learning curve for all......as for problem they never resolved it and it cost me a fair few quid again from my bottomless pockets

If I got the gist of this right both parents cannot be beside your son he can only have one guardian??
Wrong on all accounts as is separating families at turnstiles IMO
An area the club need to adress as while posing as a family sport we do little to assist in keeping families as a unit.
