Quote ="Slugger McBatt"I thought the letter was confusing, but I think you are wrong, as you are reading it the same way that I did at first.
I think it means that you can buy before 30th September at £100, but if less than 2,500 buy it, it goes up to £175 after 30th September. If more than 2,500 buy, it stays at £100. I can't see that they can take £100 off you, and then say we want another £75 because it wasn't as popular as we thought it would be.
Or am I wrong?
Don't want to moan, but it isn't clear. If you are right, how many people will not complete the purchase? Do you have the option of getting a £100 refund if it goes up to £175? I don't know. I don't think you can make people commit to £100 and ask for more (unless the contract is for £175 and you are. effectively getting a sales dependent discount).'"
.
I went into the shop yesterday to confirm, she confirmed a ticket b4 sept 30th was £100, and if 2500 sign up you pay £100, if less than 2500 sign up the club will contact you and ask you for another 75 quid or offer you a refund of your £100, I think a lot of people will hold on to there money until near end sept to save going through the hassle of refunds KR coughing up another 75 quid, Wakey should have a counter on their website to encourage people to sign up... I hope we can get 2500 loyal fans..
