In our recent hours of darkness Kear has shown an interest in other jobs, made some dodgy signings and supervised passionless rugby. I have always considered him a decent bloke and think he does a great job on Sky but I think it's time to move on. If he does then I wish him well.
I see this new franchise as a new dawn, lets forget the past and work on a great future under AG, I think it's the perfect chance for a new coaching team and that's where I would start.
