you obviously don't know Doncaster Road in Wakefield, at its peak hours in the day its an atrocious road to use, the site would of been big enough and there was a railway track that could of been used but Newmarket will do fine

Considering the fact there is only one access road into the former power station of Doncaster Road they could have always used the back access road from the back of Eastmoor, then again one access road already in place is better than no access road at all as is the case now at Newmarket. That sir is how well I do not know that area.
