Wakefield Trinity Wildcats are going all out this year to launch their 2011 Squad with their Pre-Season Pre Christmas Extravaganza at Havana Bar and Lounge in Wakefield City Centre.
The event, which will take place on Thursday 9th December, is open to the whole Wildcats Family young and old. Those that attend will be the first to hear from John Kear on who the 2011 Captain will be, before seeing the official launch of the extensive MACRON range which will be modelled by the first team players. In addition, there will be interviews with the players, a chance to see unseen footage of the Wildcats Pre-season Training action, and all this compered by the highly acclaimed speaker and comedian Pete Emmitt.
Daddy Cool will of course be there to entertain the children, with special party games from 7-7:30pm lead by the Wildcats Community Team. Junior Wildcats who arrive at 7pm for the party games will automatically be entered into a draw to present a player with his 2011 Playing shirt.
There will also be MACRON clothing available to purchase on the night, and players will be available for signing and pictures throughout the evening.
The Wildcat Kittens will also be performing a special Christmas dance and the Wildcat Dolls will be available for pictures.
Chief Executive James Elston said: “This is a perfect opportunity for fans to join us in launching out 2011 Wildcats. The players have been working hard all off season an this will be the first chance we have to mingle with the fans and get everybody excited for the new season”
