I think there is a definite conflict of interest with this guy paying this debt for you, he is also chairman of the community trust and involved with a property development company who possibly have connections with the whole project, no doubt Rodney will get his brass back from somewhere, i would suspect he has probably been used as a conduit by Yorkcourt properties so that they keep Wakefield on the life support machine because if there is NO Wakefield Trinity, then there is no trojan horse sweetener and no massive industrial estate for York Court to flog for fat profits!! i would suggest that this needs watching very closely as i can smell a very big fat cigar smoking port quaffing RAT!!
