I agree sometimes you have to play the long game and play your hand at the right time, i think James Elston and Francis Stephenson deserve alot of credit for driving this behind the scenes but taking flak in public.

Unbelievable!!! Leeds council "Wakefield cant have all these new warehouses and jobs, we need them and we are bigger than Wakefield!!! jeez they really are incredible! They make the NIMBY's look unselfish!!
