There have been delays in getting all the i's dotted and t's crossed, but there are constant discussions going on at all levels, so hopefully the plans which do go in will be in order.

I know how you feel people, I'm just the same, and will feel a hell of a lot better when we have this application in and being processed.
BUT.... Let's look at the positives.
1. It's on it's way! We have been told that by the club, swag and numerous people on the board, i.e TRB- and for me what he says regarding this issue you can take to the bank!
2. It's FULL permission for the stadium and outline for the complex, SO when it comes through we are good to go.
3. The people working behind the scenes on this are WORLD CLASS, other clubs in the same position as us would kill to have some of the personel on board doing work for their stadium projects. Names like Sir Rodney Walker don't just add weight to projects like this, they open doors in the corridors of power. EXACTLY what we need!
4. Would we rather submit a rushed application or one that is clear, concise and watertight? If you would prefer the first option by all means let the club and swag know your issues.
If you would prefer this application to be the dogs ******** then hold fire and sit tight!- Coming from the biggest stress-head in Cumbria!
5. The expected time for PP to come through is much, much quicker thyan it was say 18 months- 2 years ago. And with such a project fitting right in with the gov's eco stimulation package i can't see much of an issue if the project is passed on to central gov, although i doubt it will be passed on.
