Quote ="TRB"I will admit that I am a fan of Korki.
However this is not just about the 'brothers' thing; nor is it about getting the crowd going. The main issue with Korki is the way he can alter momentum in a game through his sheer drive and will-power when hitting the ball up. The only player to come close to that is Ollie - on occassion - although I accept that Ollie has a greater workload.
I very much appreciate the work Bibey has done this year - but then I think our pack has been excellent most of the year and they have generally complimented each other in their styles. But the question was posed as to which of the 2 we would prefer to keep and, for me, the potential 'match winning' drives of Korki are a risk worth taking.
One final point - to cast aside the combined opinions of those who vote for the MotM award is really annoying. Why have these things if we don't have some respect for the people voting and the process of getting there. The players at the top of that list are there because they have contributed the most in providing the difference in winning games - that deserves at least some respect IMO.

I just don't get this Korki thing, it's not just you it's everyone who buys into it. TRB you should be an agent you really should as I don't think it's possible to write a more positive piece on a player and JUST avoid actually fibbing.
Yes that is Korki from the most sanitised and positive perspective imaginable unless your his mum. Hats off though it's a great effort I almost went for it!
On balance I'd run with Korki, because I still see some chance of him actually working out how to be a real prop and if he ever does then BINGO! Bibey already knows but simply lacks any further improvement IMHO but it's a judgement call.
Truth is Bibey isn't top class and we mostly all know and accept that. Korki is nowhere near as good as as a really stubborn group of fans seem determined to make out. He has been better since he re-joined us but then in true Korki style he would be, he is always good when a contract is at stake.
Personally I think Korki and Bibey will both be shown up next year and perhaps Moore also when Stosic hits his straps and Tronc all going well shows us all what a true quality prop can do - sad but true, Korki IMHO is a false prophet.
As for the voting on here, come on that's strictly for fun and has no value at all in the real world. Just look at those figures again, you may like the Korki one but do any of the others mirror your own opinion?
