With the added bonus of the City Hull fans fighting amongst themselves to add to the entertainment!

Many of the players being accused of being rubbish or not caring were playing then.

True but they were all four years younger or doesn’t that count?

Yes but playing with more confidence unfortunately now we are rubbish. If you look at those league games we won this season with the exception of Warrington away can you honestly say we have played well. We just beat Toulouse, tried to lose against Salford, beat Hull because inexplicably Gale missed two drop goals and finally Warrington where we were heading for defeat until the amazing last ditch tackle.
I never thought I would say this but based on our current performances this is our worst season even including the rubbish produced under the Chester regime and I never thought that was possible.

And they didn't get the 10 until the last few minutes!
Don;t forget the 62-0 against Wigan.

The Hull fullback must have had a stiff neck watching all our players go past him. Who was it?

And who was our scrum half

Why not 70%+ are Chester signings and out of the other 30 ish% some are playing because of Chester signings

The answer must be that the problem is the coaching. The squad we have should produce better performances unfortunately they are not a team. They play like seventeen individuals rather than one unit.

You really don’t know when to stop do you.

If you’d watched Trinity for any length of time you’d know that we have put out a number of worse teams than any of Chesters. However we’ve rarely put out any that ere as good as this Hull crushing team was. Especially when if I recall correctly a few key players like TJ were not even playing.

Compared to what we have now Chesters teams even the later ones look fantastic.

The majority on here myself included wanted Chester out when in truth we should have wanted half the team sacked. Now rookie WP is faring no better with these losers.

This I do agree with you is the worst team I’ve ever seen, if you can call it a team.

Be careful what you wish for.

The Webster 2015 'team' was the worst I've seen. The ridiculous 8's system was the only reason why we stayed up. We really ought to have been relegated after that dirge.

Although not the best I do think the individual parts of this squad have some talent, although not able to perform consistently. What we don't have is a plan, structure or any sort of idea of how we want to play, attack, defend, build pressure, control momentum, just any sort of idea at all.

That was clear in the later years of the Chester regime after the talent of the squad was fading and has faired no better with the current set up. We are a frustrating team to watch, to throw so many opportunities away and invite pressure onto ourselves with stupid plays.
