First of all let me say this post is not designed to embarrass or undermine. But the mixed messages that come out from Belle Vue does have an effect of people asking the questions? And I suppose this post is so we can answer them people.

From conversations with last years supporters. Who haven't renewed season tickets as yet these were what was being asked.

M.C. said we will defiantly be in super league next year.

M.C. said if we don't get enough season tickets sold the we will have to sell players.

M.C. said directors loans are deferred.

M.C. said Newmarket on the horizon. Glover working on it.

QUESTIONS.
If we don't sell enough season tickets, and we cannot sell players then what happens ?

What sort of a team will we have to support?

With the R.L. shark clubs on the prowl wont they wait until we bleed before making poor offers for our
players knowing we have to sell to survive?

What will happen with directors loans when we are asking for investment will they be written off?
or repaid when our fortunes turn round at Newmarket?
Wont people need to know before they put their money in?

Sir Rodney said that there is a delay at Newmarket of a year. is that due to funding issues and how will
that effect our lease at belle vue ?

M.C. as taken on one of the toughest jobs in Wakefield. and as such needs all the support we can give and
yet at the same time I can understand people who are asking these questions.

Firstly, stand by your post. Don't blame others for raising these questions, you are raising these questions. Nothing wrong with that.

Second, I don't see it as Mixed messages, we (the supporters) don't know all these answers but I am not confused by the things Carter is saying. There is a limit to what he can tell the public I'm sure, and in some cases, they are just not answerable right now.

Saying that, I'd like to know the answers to those questions too if possible.

As you are well aware (and I know you are), there is a lot of work going on behind the scenes. We hope to have the answers to some of these questions at the event next week and are working with the club on them.

I'm surprised by the title of this thread. I think MC has been very clear in the messages he has been getting out. To the point of being over honest.

I think it does, if we are running the open and honest line then why should we not know.

If I were running a business I wouldn't expect people to need to know every financial detail.
I also tend to believe that too much information negative wise is hindering the renewal of memberships, Wakey fans as we've seen are a fickle bunch, they don't need many excuses not to buy into the club, negatives just give them more reasons.

Going back quite a few months it was set up with the possibility of going into admin and coming out again if we couldn't get a suitable deal with a supplier who was winding us up. Then there was a possibility of using same company to run the education academy.
Since then myself and Chris have found another way of doing this. So the company as far as I know is dormant and is something you'd have to ask AG and je what they plan with it but it has no bearing on spirit of 1873 ltd
