I think that's it for me now after been reading it for years although the last 12 months their text seems to have got smaller and smaller but the price as got bigger.

Stopped buying it weeks ago I hate the new look they came up with not an inviting paper to pick up and read. its doubled in price very quickly.

10 pence voucher off in every issue to use for the following Friday.

Sounds like a trip to the opticians is due.

It's rubbish, the articles are laughable. "Man angry at parked cars" and there's a photo of said man with his arms folded. Apparently that's the angry look.

My Grandad buys it "to find out who's died this week"

The reporters have been recruited from "The Dandy". The headline will be LOCAL RESIDENTS UP IN ARMS AT PLANS TO CLOSE LIBRARY. The picture will be a group of unshaved locals in tracky bottoms who are struggling with the second edition of Janet and John. The paper is gash.

I tell you what else I like, whenever something dramatic happens and they call the person in question "quick-thinking"

There was a story a few weeks ago when a woman with a pram almost got hit by a bus, and was called "quick thinking" for getting out of the way
