we need a decent water carrier. perhaps this is why tommy is staying, he's got the off season to work on his pace. he could do a job for us.

I thought Lee started well, admittedly for some reason his defence has been poor last months.

I don't entirely blame Lee, he has been played out of natural position most of the year. Once he gets a refreshing off season under his belt with little drama then we will see a better Lee back in his natural position of hkr I think.

I'm happy with Ellis, Lee and Davey as starting hookers.

Personally I don't think Davey will be able to displace the other two but as long as it is picked on form I'm ok with it.

Davey is above Lee in the pecking order as far as i'm concerned.

And that should be down to how they perform in the off season with both talent and attitude as well as this season's form. I'm happy if Davey is good enough to displace one of the other two but if it were up to me I'd start with Lee and Ellis. It's good to have the problem. We haven't really had the choice before.

Personally i'd like to see a quality new stand off to play alongside Moore and rotate Ellis and Wildie at hooker. Lee should be no more than a squad player for me.
