| Just thought I would give a slightly different view on Sundays game against Dewsbury,
Before kick-off I thought we looked very nervous and edgy, maybe just not together as a unit. Once kick off happened for a few minutes the belief and passion seemed to be there, however on the first mistake (won’t mention his name) heads dropped the passion and belief drained away very quickly. We soon turned our attention to the ref arguing with every decision, then it appeared we turned on each other, with a number of choice expletives exchanged. The scoreboard by half time said it all we were almost out for the count, only a brief rally in the second half, but then it returned to same old service with a repeat of the first half no passion belief, it wasn’t until after the final whistle that we at last showed some pride and passion, by the way I am not talking about the team but the FANS.
We all know the teams limitations, but how often in sport do you here that the fans lift a team to new heights, I just thought (I include myself in this) the fans had a poor game on Sunday, We were there in decent numbers but didn’t really get behind the team, some of the comments directed towards individual players went a little too far for my liking. Remember the player’s families, wife’s, girlfriends kids etc. they are fans too and often stand shoulder to shoulder with us, it’s not nice to hear abuse directed at your loved ones from their own fans, besides shouting abuse at players whose confidence may be shot, may make you feel better but it isn’t going to win us any games. We have one game left, as fans if we are going to go down let’s go down with a bang and not a whimper, and get behind the team on Sunday. I think we can save the post-mortem till after 5 on Sunday (I think Quincy would have his hands full on this one), and let’s be the 18th MAN. I personally will be in the bar a couple of hours before kick-off doing my own version of a warm up, just to make sure I am on the top of my game. I just hope we don’t have to break out the old favourite at full time “Always look on the bright side of life”!!!!

| Good 'post' shaunw78.
Don't let recent decisions get to you (the team I mean, as well as the supporters). Rise above and be motivated by them to greater things.
The future (well next Season) and theirs in particular, is in the hands of our players.
Let's hope that they go out and do the job that they are paid to do.
As was seen last weekend, Featherstone are not invincible! However, with that defeat still smarting they will be out to show the Championship what they're actually made of!

| I agree with you Shaun. I've never believed in shouting abuse at players. I'm quite prepared to discuss poor performance after the match, but I try not to point directly at any single player. As for the ref, he had no choice but to penalise us when we did silly things right in front of him, and there are always going to be a couple of decisions that are contentious.
I actually believed we could turn it around in the second half, and I still think we could and should have. Too many unforced errors and silly penalties put paid to that. I'm afraid that some of our supporters quickly turn when things aren't going well, but to be fair, there are many of our competitors that are the same.

| I'm always disgusted by personal negative criticism of players as well during games, it does very little good. I saw the passion in the first few minutes of the game as well. Silly mistakes do seem to really halt our momentum, we need to either cut out mistakes or at least make amends in the first minute afterwards. As a fan it's hard to be motivated when there seems no passion from the players on the pitch, I recognise it works the other way as well so whatever happens throughout Sunday I'm going to keep a positive mindset and cheer as much as I can.

| There was a lady behind me having a go at Barnett. I think he has been one of the better players.
The lady was saying we should swop him for Pryce, I turned round and said no we wont!!!!
