WOW ! What a rollercoaster that was ........ A 110% improvement in the first half with
KEIGHLEY looking like they wanted to play and wanted to win , a few silly errors but basically
a great half.
The second half what happens ? We get too cocky , comfortable and go to sleep !
A cracking hat trick from Haughey (spelling). But we managed to hold on.
Fantastic first half , a dire second half but ......... A WIN .

Good win. The start to the season meant we needed a few results and the performance doesn't matter as much.

3 in row bring on Siddal.

Great result for us, credit to the players coaches and staff.

We have now won one where we had to fight our way back from what looked like defeat, and with this one have had to hang on for grim death.

Once again it was a game of two halves, we were very dominant in the first but allowed them to fight their way back into it (all credit to them). If we can concentrate for the full 80 we have a fair chance of surviving, but with the DR system you don't know which team you are going to face each week. Hunslet showed that without the Leeds DR players they may well struggle whereas we have hit a winning run without ours.

There have been some strange results so it is difficult to know what to read into anything.

Let's hope this gives us the confidence to push on from here.

PS I bet there were the "usual crew" poised to post, strange we haven't heard much. Maybe they've committed Hara-kiri on them there daggers
