Todays game was nothing short of a shambles.

The defence was only marginally better than last week , The attack was woeful to watch
going sideways or down the middle and gaining very little with the exception of a couple of attacks
near the end of the second half. Far too many handling errors , most of them schoolboy style....... Richie Barnett
should not have even been on the pitch for the second half after his dismal display and so many errors in the first half.

The conditions were the same for both teams so we cannot blame that and the Ref wasn't that bad apart from a two or three glaring mistakes.

There was no leader on the field today , the same can be said for the other four games we have played this year ,
we have lost our sparkle . Whoever came from Castleford gave nothing much to the game apart from alienating
keighley players dropped from the squad.

IMO Paul march , although a top bloke , is not a Championship quality coach , Yes he did a fantastic job at his previous
clubs at a lower level but is not good enough to be coaching a Championship team.
Where is the ' You will see a different style of play this season ' ? not seen it yet in the first 5 games , albeit 3 of them friendlies. If the New style was to be a poor quality Ch 1 side then it has been achieved.

If things don't improve straight away then that's where we will be playing next season.

Disagree totally, it was a totally different performance to last week, yes things didn't pull off as expected/hoped but last week was terrible compared to this, you may be disappointed but at least keep things in perspective please

It wasn't the conditions for expansive rugby. IMO we lost the game in attack in the first half - plenty of attacking with no cutting edge. Second half was much better all round. A much better performance than last week and as coaches say something to build on. I dont think it fair to compare coaches at this stage as we have lost several ex super league players since last season as well as starting this season with several more injuries. All I can ask as a supporter is that the team gives 100% which I believe they did today.

We all have differing opinions, while I respect both of yours , I obviously saw it from a
different perspective to you both , that match should have been won and by a big margin.
The one thing I must point out though, @dovo,I didn't compare Paul March to anyone.......
I just don't thnk he is up to the job in the championship just yet. My Opinion.
