A big thank you to all those that turned up to the Pride in the Red and Green meeting in the Hall of Fame Bar last night. The presentation given by Jeremy on the U16's and the importance of developing and keeping local talent within the club re enforced that the work that will be doen in the coming months by The Pride in the Red and Green to safe guard this talent will secure that club's future.

The next meeting will be held on the 4th Sept at 7.30pm in the Hall of Fame Bar. It is crucial that everyone interested in Keighley Cougars attends as a presentation will be given by Jacqui Forster from Supporters Direct on the structure of the group and how we get our voice heard.

It is hoped that a working committee will also be selected that will be tasked with drafting a constitution which will play a fundamental role in how the group is run in the coming years. With this in mind I cannot stress enough how important it is that all members and prespective members attend the meeting to have their say and the opportunity to join the working committee.

Reminder that the next meeting of Pride in the Red and Green is tomorrow night at 7.30pm in the Hall of Fame Bar. It is crucial that all who are interested in the Cougars turn up as there will be a presentation from Jacqui Forster from Supporters Direct who will outline how you can get involved and influence the club.
We will also be discussing the RFL's vision for academies and the Championship. If you've not heard it could mean the death of your club as you know it.
