Rumour has it they have done a revolutionary deal with the council:

Bulls have leased the city centre public toilets then done a deal with the RFL for a reported [i"five figure sum"[/i. RFL have said this will allow them and the Bulls to take the p*$$ even more than they already have.

I heard that the toilets in question includes a particularly lavish outdoor latrine that's recently been commissioned outside city hall at the cost of more than £20m.
