We weren't even at the races today, I think JP could do with a bit a competition for his place, Helliwell looked sharp on Thursdsay until he was crudely taken out.
Considering it was a must win game, to me we didn't look interested, very disppointed as I thought Dewsbury were there for the taking. It seemed as though as soon as it started raining in the 2nd half we gave up, too many silly mistakes (3 knock ons in a row)
Being a no playing RL fan I would be grateful if some one could explain when you can take a quick restart and when you can't as I couldn't see any difference in Dewsbury being allowed 2 and when Keighley tried one they were brought back, it's probably down to my lack of knowledge of the game.
On the plus side the tpuch judges are getting better looking!!
Can't argue with the result really; we virtually sat on their line for much of the second half - we had a better view than YOU, Andy A! - but their defence played a blinder and kept us out. As for our tries, on another day, another ref may have disallowed either or both so I suppose we should be grateful for small mercies. All in all, a good game to watch, shame about the result.
