The club initial made plans for 60,000, but since the Yanks came in, they changed the plans and said they wanted a stadium that was 70,000 or above. Problem is, they only have permission to build a stadium that is 60,000 capacity due to the infrastructure so somewhere along the lines they will have to apply for planning permission for anywhere above 60,000.

Will they fill it? For League games and Champions League games they probably will. As for Cup games, who knows.

Fair play to United, didnt think our record would be equalled so quickly. It was Liverpools' to lose this year and we successfuly did that but credit to United they fouhgt and came back.

Just glad we are still the most successful side in english football ever though.

Well done to Man Utd. They consistently ground out results and even after the 4-1 defeat to Liverpool they never looked like they were going to collapse.

Liverpool had their chance to steal a march in United when they were in Japan but didn't take it. If just a couple of those draws they had during the middle of the season were turned into wins then it would probably have been them who would be champions this season.
