| =#8040FFGood to see the Uso brothers (and Jimmy Snuka's daughter) debut last night, now let's hope John Morrison comes back from his ankle injury quickly and push him into a feud while there are a lot of injuries at the top.

| Carlito's first strike on the wellness policy and release was due to him starting to develop a dependancy for painkillers.
His dad said he took them while coming back from a broken arm but then he started with back pain and has become more dependant on them since. Carlito's finishing move doesn't help with that pain.
The WWE's heavy schedule, travel and wrestlers not wanting to lose their spot lead to this drug abuse.

| Watched Over The Limit last night. Have seen worse PPV's, but think there were some things happened (out of WWE's control mostly) which put real dampeners on it.
Felt sorry for Orton & Edge the way their match fell apart with Orton's injury, still don't get how he did it though - did it really just happen when he was punching the mat?! The finish was probably the best they could do at the time to be fair to both guys and the ref.
The Punk v Mysterio finish really p****d me off. Both guys are fantastic talents and have been awesome in their fued (from the bits I've seen), and the big finish should have been the sight and facial expressions of a horrified Punk as Mysterio shaving his beloved hair. But, I'm guessing, this had to be suddenly abandoned due to the fact that Punk was bleeding from a face-cut, so the now PG-WWE had to instead show the back of his head for ages, thus IMO spoiling the 'pay-off' to the fued. Then Serena ran out to what I'm think they were trying to portray as her trying to stop everyone seeing his shaved head (the white towel) but I'm sure it was actually so he could clean up the blood, so that they could get a few last minute shots of him going nuts before going to the next match.
Stuff like this is spoiling it for me at the moment. I appreciate the direction they feel they have to take, but it's just so insulting now when guys dive in with towels the moment they get cut - human beings bleed FFS, it happens! Kids will have seen blood in films, TV drams etc, so I don't see the big deal, + IMO it did a disservice to Punk & Mysterio, who like I said are fantastic hands in the company.
Apart from that though it's still a good product to watch, but I can still see more adult viewers slowly getting drawn to TNA if the child-orientated WWE keeps doing things the way they are.

| Sean "Syxx Pac" Waltman announced that the reason he no showed the Lockdown pay-per-view was because he was tested positive for Hepatitis C shortly before the show. Waltman also revealed that he tried to kill himself while in Mexico, hanging himself with a garden hose and taking pills.
Fortunately for him, Alicia Webb - the former WWE Diva who performed under the name of Ryan Shamrock - saved him in time. The two dated in 2007.

God, hope the guy gets some help. Have enjoyed his work throughout the years, having first seen him wrestle as The 1 2 3 Kid in WWF in 1993, then him been one of the coolest guys in the Federation in 1999 as X-Pac with DX.
Coincidentally, read recently that Joanie 'Chyna' Laurer is (allegedly) in a bad way again.

| Quote ="Gaslight"=#8000FFGive over
he's still good in the ring, and when he's at his best is still one of the top "brawlers" in the business, not to mention he's still one of the most over wrestlers in the whole business. Nothing outdated about his image either, it's what he's known for, it's what the crowd go for, as well as the fact he's synonymous with being the "dead man".
=#8040FFTNA are skint so they won't give a pay rise to anyone, aren't they cutting 25-30 jobs soon? going to Monday's and getting Hogan/Bischoff/Flair almost killed them (as well as the God awful product they put out).'"
They're skint?!! Panda Energy must be cooling their interest (+ more importantly investment) then cos I thought they always had them covered.
Either way it serves them right - wasting money on washed-up guys who contribute nothing to the long-term prosperity of the company, e.g. Flair - the guy came in purely for his own interests and cos he's skint himself after wasting so much money down the years.
He was in the Daily Star on Friday, the editor described him as the best to ever lace up a pair of boots, which I disagree with (HBK IMO), + Flair said it's time for people in wrestling to "grow up"! This coming from a 61 year old guy who does nothing but give nonsensical, psychotic rants these days and (for shock value presumably) busts himself open by hitting himself in the head!
They need him, Hogan, Russo, Ferrara, and maybe Bischoff out of there IMO. All of those guys have done mostly f'all positive in mainstream wrestling the last ten years, they should be pushing the young guys and established (but still contributing) stars like Hardy & RVD.
