| Excellent fight!
Well impressed with Froch, obviously you'd like to see him tighten his defence up a bit, but he proved he has an excellent chin tonight along with his strength and power.
Was also impressed at how well he came through the Championship rounds, and how fresh he was looking just after the bell, I still think he had quite a bit left in the tank, so his stamina can't be questioned either.
Overall a great performance I thought.

| Great fight from both men there. Hopefully Froch can go onto some even bigger fights now.

| Still waiting to watch the replay of the fight but from what I have read a Hatton - Pacquiao bout sounds like it could be a belter.
Just watching Audley Harrison and some geezer from Ireland, how on earth did anybody ever rate Harrison ? The guy is so bad its untrue.

Mouthwatering prospect now. I'd have Pacquaio as the slight favourite for it, but I think Ricky could do the job. He'd certainly be tougher than a past it and weight drained De La Hoya. Fight it at 140lbs and we'll get a fight and half.
I've not seen the fight from last night, but by all accounts Pacquaio was immense last night. De La Hoya's face was a state.

it would...but pacman would destroy ricky too...
this is what i reckon will happen next, hatton v ODLH @ wembley, this is the biggest fight, moneywise, that can be made...and seeing as ODLH has already said he wants to fight ricky at wembley infront of 100,000 fans and OLDH is his own promoter (golden boy promotion) so this fight will get made....
meanwhile pacman will entice floyd mayweather out of retirment for a super fight in which we will actually discover who is the best boxer..
then pacman can end hatton's career after that...

| IMO De La Hoya will retire and concentrate on promoting now. The interviews after say to me that even oscar thinks he has no more to give.

He was awsome albeit against a old and much slower Oscar.
Felt sorry for De La Hoya, he has to call it a day now.
Mayweather v Pacman That would be AWSOME.

| Could Marquez be involved in the mix somewhere?
Might not be able to put bums on seats or attract a huge PPV like some of the big names out there but could certainly be in the mix on ability.

| Just watching the fight now and all I can say is wow. Dominant from start to finish. He's lead left killed Oscar and he just couldn't handle his speed. Amazing performance.

| He fights Mosley in January and I don't think he'd be a big enough draw. The big money men now are Hatton and the Pac Man so thats the only logical fight with the winner trying to tempt Mayweather back into the ring

Didn't know about the Mosley fight, if he comes through that his name should certainly be in the hat. Like you said he maybe not a top draw but certainly capable of putting the big names away.

| mayweather, pacman or hatton will never step in with margarito cos he's too bloody tall, same goes for paul williams, who beat margarito last year, both are 6 footers and have no right being @ 147lbs
like i said it'll be hatton v ODLH for the money & pacman v PBF for the true boxing fans
