To be honest, I see both sides of the argument.

Who knows what their intent was when they made it, but I see it as a mock of Everton's poor record in Europe and their bitter nature to blame their poor record totally on us. It could be seen as bad taste to use such a touchy subject in banter, I know I wouldn't have stooped so low simply because it can be seen in so many ways, but, I don't think the intentions were to glorify Heysel, just a dig at their bitter attitude.

More tactful ways to do it though aren't there?
