| 5 Live has their coverage starting at 1 AM, not sure how much of a help that is, i guess it depends how long the other fights last for though. My prediction is 1st bell for Hatton fight rings at about 2 15.

Got my alarm set for 4:00. Can't really see it starting until about half past, but i'm taking no chances.

| Dave Clarke said on the preview show that's being regularly screened on Sky, that he was expected in the ring at about 3.30ish. There's a 5 hour time difference with Vegas, so that would obviously be about 10.30 which give or take half an hour either way would be about right, going on previous trips there.
I'll be staying up so it doesn't affect me, but if I was going to sleep and setting the alarm I'd do it for about 2.45-3.00.

Let me know if you're going in casino or Barracuda. I reckon I'll venture out for it but will need to draw some money out if we're off to casino.

| A couple of comments from Lennox....
"If someone wants to pay me serious money, $100m or so, then I will fight again,"
"I don't have to do this, I don't need money and my legacy speaks for itself. But boxing needs me,"
"It would have to be nearer $100m to make me say yes, but there are people out there who can get that kind of money together.
Lewis insisted that he was not falling into the trap of so many before him, by coming back for the wrong reasons.
Instead, he said any comeback would be based purely on a love of the sport.
I particularly like the last one.....it sort of contradicts the 1st and 3rd one

| Not happy with the way it was ended, but the best I've seen Ricky box for a long time. Would have been 9 rounds to 1 up on all three scorecards.
As they made out in the commentary, Paulie just couldn't handle Ricky's speed and power and think he was a bit surprised by the intensity of it all aswell.
A great nights work from the Hitman and silenced many critics in the process too, absolutely buzzing for him tonight, just wish I was over there partying.

| Hypothetical question.
Had mayweather snr been his trainer for all of his career, would Hatton be an even better boxer?

| It was a very good nights work for Ricky Hatton. Apart from a slightly sluggish first round he won every round comfortably and looked a class above Malignaggi to be honest who had a jab and that's it. It was as good a boxing performance that I've seen from Ricky for years, maybe his best. Malignaggi didn't want to know and spoiled the fight by hugging Hatton, which I found ironic considering his comments in the build up. If he hadn't kept holding Hatton after some big punches, he could have easily got knocked out.
This puts Ricky in the shop window for a big fight next year and I've no doubt his next fight will be against the winner of Pacquaio and De La Hoya. They'll want it just as much as Ricky.
