Porto didn't deserve to lose that game, deserved last minute equaliser to ensure a fair result. Good to see Porto following Liverpool's lead and attacking United at Old Trafford. Far too many teams are scared of doing this, but its the only tactic which gives you a chance there.

Paedo Pleat seemed genuinely shocked that a Brazilian player was playing with a nickname on the back of his shirt. Has he not followed international football for the past however many years? Pele, Tostao, Zico, Kaka - all must be their real names then. ITV coverage was abysmal.

Porto were very quick and efficient.. breaking swiftly at any attempt. 2-2 was the least they deserved.

I think you could be correct, Villa had a good go on sunday as well, we aren't playing well at all hopefully we can weather the storm.

Utd looked very ordinary again tonight, to me, it looks like they are missing a holding midfielder, someone who can win the ball back and protect the back 4, someone like Senna, who they should have signed instead of Hargreaves. At times tonight, the gap between their defence and midfield was huge, and with Evra bombing forward, it leaves them exposed, as we saw at times tonight.

Saying that, i've not seen all of Utd's games this season, so i'm sure Utd fans will have different views.

Fletcher's been quality this year, didn't see all of the game but watched the first 20-30 mins or so. O'Shea looked woeful from what I saw, the midfield didn't seem to be ticking at all, again, this is only based on the first 30, though.

We've been giving people too much time and space the past few weeks, it started against Liverpool, standing off Torres and letting you dicate play, haven't got a clue why it's happened, we never used to give teams a second on the ball. Look at the goals conceded tonight and against Villa, how much time did the players have?

Not sure what it is, really. You've struggled with injuries a little of late, maybe fatigue kicking in on some? Maybe it's a lack of pace in the middle of the field, Carrick, Scholes and Fletcher are hardly whippets, only Anderson brings pace, maybe bring him in for a few games?

Seems to be a lot of changing around of late, as well. Not sure what the formation was tonight, 4-5-1 or 4-3-3, on the weekend what did he play? Around now you need to have players in top condition with a settled formation, like us, United seem to be struggling with this at the mo.

I think going with a 433 was a big mistake tonight we should have gone with our normal 442 with Carrick(had another shocker), Fletcher in the middle and Ronaldo, Nani(he knows how to play against these type of team) outwide. It would have also gone towards competing against a dominant Porto midfield. Hargreaves has been a big loss this season, i just hope his new knees will see him start too play regulary for us next season but another loss has been Da Silva at right back ok he's still a little raw but he offers so much more in attack and defence than O'e.

I'm surprised he didn't change it to a 442 at half time to be honest, Porto were pressing 5 men forward in virtually every attack, leaving Fernando and the back 4 vulnerable to a counter attack, but most of the time, they were only up against Rooney and Ronaldo. The game was screaming out for Carlos Tevez.

I think more teams should have a go and attack when they go to Old Trafford we showed it can work when we put 3 past them in November ( although we lost 4-3 ) Liverpool, Villa and Porto also went at Utd and scored goals

Its a shame they didnt grab a winner even though I would have lose money but that late goal put a smile on my face haha

Carrick seems to play poorly when paired with Scholes.
Scholes I hate to say it, now normally plays poorly against anyone half decent or who harrass the fck out of him.

Utd were poor but Porto were excellent. Utd have really his a bad run just now and it needs to change quickly. We needed mor energy in the middle of the pitch, shame Anderson was not fit.

Unless our performance improve massively I can't see us winning in Portugal.
