We have scored two TD;s from Hunter Smith this year on similar but less bizarre trick plays.
The sad thing is that is about as much protection as Jason Campbell and Todd Collins got from our line last night. We were gutless. Went to bed at half time. Thoroughly beaten in every single aspect of the game.'"
Going on a tagent slightly whats your opinion on Jason Campbell? I have a feeling he won't be with you next year (isn't he a FA?) but he seems to get alot of grief in the media/fans.
Personally i'm a fan of his, he could do a very good job for some teams.

You've go to say that it's in Baltimore and Denvers hands to throw it away. I can't help but think that one win each and their in. The Ravens, Steelers game will be huge. I think Baltimore will take that and pretty much clinch their berth in the playoffs.
Denver won't win in Philly, but should beat KC at Mikle High.
Houston and Miami both need to win that one. I can only see a Miami win there. Henne is coming into his own, and although beat last week, took that resurgent Titans team all the way.
I think the Jets remaining schedule rules them out. Jacksonville intrigue me. I love Mo-Jo, but don't get Garrard. He looked great against the Colts at times, but other times he is dreadful. It's for that reason I can't see them getting in with 2 tough road games.
The Titans have a real shot. I hope they don't get in for 2 reasons - 1. They play the Chargers on Friday. 2. They are the dirtiest team in the NFL who head hunt players and intentionally injure them. That dirty mentality all stems from Fisher.

As a Titans fan I would love you to tell me ( and show me ) why they are the dirtiest team in the NFL nad instances of headhunting ? No player on any team ever goes out to intentionally to hurt another player and to say that is disrespectful to every NFL player. Jeff Fisher certainly has no dirty mentality.

[url=http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/11/05/rodney-harrison-calls-titans-the-dirtiest-team-in-the-league/Rodney Harrison[/url agrees with me. He should know about dirty play!
The Titans are constantly going for the knees of players on blocks. Mawae is just a cheap shot merchant. The double team - I think it was the Mawae and someone else - that messed up Merrimans knee and left him having a year on the sidelines summed it all up for me. Finnegan is partial to the odd cheap shot too. Every time I see them play something goes on.

| Played a few online games today, lots of n00bs using the chargers in a 3TE set, shifting Jon Runyan as a TE to straight behind to qb and running it behind him. It's jsut a cheap way to play. Especially as I play honest.

apparently not.
Unlucky for the Packers though mate, really gave it a good crack, shame your "psycho" defence couldn't hold them out on the last drive. That's why Big Ben is "elite" pal. Although Rodgers is almost there.

=#8000FFHe isn't...really. Elite is top 3 or 4 at most, big Ben isn't that high up, top 5-7 yes, top 3-4, no.
=1 Brady (not his best year - but what can you expect after missing 12 month), Manning
3 Brees
4 Rivers

| I await the "Brady is only good because he had "good" recievers bit" even though until Moss and Welker turned up the best he had was Deion Branch/Troy Brown and David Patten .
We may have won Superbowls whilst this bunch was here but IMO it just shows that Teams win championships and not individuals

Ben isn't elite in any criteria IMO.
I suppose it depends on your criteria and whether you base it on one year or overall.
Overall
1. Favre
2. Manning
3. Brady
This Year
1. Manning
2. Breesus
=3. Rodgers + Rivers
5. Schaub
6. Brady

| Why are Brees and Rees considered Elite but Big Ben isn't? Too much emphasis on Stats when it comes to QBs.
There's only one stat that matters and that is Championships. IIRC Ben has two and Brees and and Rivers none.

| I don't see how Ben can be anything but elite. For me elite = can you produce a game winning drive when it matters. Ben can do this and as such is up there as one of the best for me. Same goes for Eli.
Rodgers is well on his way to being one of the top QB's in the league but he's just not quite there for me yet.
