Depends if he still wants a career in football management. If he's not fussed he might as well accept the cash from Citeh and retire. If he wants to be a manager then the Bolton job's likely to be as good as any he's offered soon. The West Ham job might be more attractive for him but it's not that different a prespect.

I think Hughes could easily take the Bolton job. It's not that different from Blackburn, a success would simply to keep them in the Prem. Keep Bolton in the PL for a couple of years, take them relatively far in a cup, beat a big club and in a couple of years another top job might come up.
