9 & 8/1 in places bookies are getting bit nervous though.
traded at 500/1 on betfair could get interesting if he stays another week with 2 going.

Yeah, he is ahead of Cher Lloyd, Katie Waisel and Mary Byrne in the betting. The bookies don't want to take any risk. Personally, I hope he wins it and Cowell has to parade him as the winner, just to see the smug look wiped off his face.

| Celestial Halo didn't seem to have the best of times today at Newbury, but he did complete. Will be interesting to see if he goes back hurdling or, now that he has completed a chase, they persevere with him over fences.
EDIT: just seen via Facebook Paul Nicholls tweeting that Celestial Halo will revert to hurdling but over 2 & 1/2+.
Great news that the Fighting Fifth will be ran tomorrow at Newbury. Couldn't really re-stage it much later as it would be getting too close to the big Christmas & New Year meetings. Binocular, Big Bucks, Denman and several more top horses on track, can't wait for tomorrow afternoons racing now.

| I fancy Louis to lose both his acts this week.
The theme is Rock which will not suit Mary at all.
Cher's fans will be ensuring she isnt in the bottom two this week and Katie might pull out another decent performance.
Matt Rebecca and One Direction are the final 3 i reckon so even with people trying to annoy Cowell i think Wagner is in trouble this time.
11/1 Wagner / Mary to go with Sky Bet

| Thats a poor treble ^^^^ imo
This should be a much better one for multiples
2:30 N - Big Bucks. 2/7
4:20 K - Guided Missile. 11/10
4:50 K - Private Joke. 2/1
8:20 W - March On Beetroot. 7/2
Info on the latter two
March On Beetroot is heavily heavily fancied and therefore is the Nap I got 7/2 opened places at 6's > 4's > 3/1 now.

| Big Bucks for what is left in my account.
Binocular should win this Fighting Fifth but he will struggle if it is a carbon copy of last years race - small field, no front runner, muddling pace, fast finish. So I'm gonna leave it.

That is what Cowell would want.
FWIW, if it was those three, I'd be hoping for Rebecca to win all day.
Peddlers Cross could prove to be an absolute class act. Left the race alone but cheered him home, Binocular will be better for the run.

| Henderson's comments about Binocular being heavy put me off going in on a single.
Binocular is a funny horse wouldn't be shocked if it still won the Champion again
To really rate Peddlers Cross you would have to rate Starluck as well, acid test next time for Peddlers Cross.

| He was only a novice last year so he could be open to so much more improvement.
I do rate Starluck, but he is better on flatter tracks though - he would win the Champion Hurdle if it was at Kempton!
Yeah, Binocular is that sort of horse and I reckon Henderson won't have him at his absolute best until as close to Cheltenham as possible.

| Taranis interests me. Ryanair winner, won well on his only run last year after a long time off. Receives a stone and a half off Denman.

Am on at 16s should go at least close to placing if ready.
I really liked Burton Port but now its not only out of the handicap it has to carry 10st2lb FML
Madison Du Berlais is my other one also nibbled Denman @ 13/2 this morning

| Waiting for pay day so not too flush but got as much as I can afford on Big Bucks. I await the McCoy effect to set in, as he isn't a handicapper running for his life.

| haha yes, early days yet but will see !
peddlers cross is a really good horse, did well for me last season at cheltenham too.. thought he may get done for toe by binocular but didnt prove the case...
starluck wont get close again this season in my opinion, only runs one good race a season.
binocular will come on for run..but so will peddlers cross! i know which id rather be with.
always liked taranis, could be a real star by now if it wasnt for his injury...longer trip a little worry today though

| Big Bucks always wins far too cosy!
Had a small fortune on him when he won at Cheltenham just gone, so suppose my heart rate wasn't as bad today as it was then. I'm following him til he gets beat.
If it was a flat race, a horse so much better than his rivals, he would have started today bigger than 2/7.

Had Arcalis (33's) for the forecast.
