| aye i took 7/2 early this morning as i didnt want to take anything less, the 2/1 or whatever sp did look very short. didnt win anyway so counts for nothing now.
little josh frustrating type. jumping was very poor last year at times with a few falls, matched weird al lto but theres a lot of difference between a grad chase at carlisle and the paddy power gold cup.

Quote ="Wire_85"Punchestown 3.15 Zaidpour @ around 2.6 - half brother to Zaynar was 14/1 in Jan this year for Triumph Hurdle but got a cut, Mullins kept it in training but not raced it to keep a novice next year he's taken his time with it, suppose to have gone well at home I also do some ante post bets on it.'"
It hacked up

| Not had a proper look at the race yet but Tizzard's Theatrical Star in the bumper at Cheltenham might be worth a little E/W at 14/1 its by Kings Theatre like Cue Card was bought for £60,000 read in stable reports they like the look of it, interesting they are sticking it in a good race like this.

| 2.20 Tarkari 28/1 E/W
Ran well on first run for new yard, has no weight really with the claimer onboard
2.55 Russian War 20/1 E/W
Won over CD last time out has gone up 6lbs for it but was tanking up the hill before needing to be ridden 6lbs might not hold it.
4.00 Theatrical Star 14/1 E/W
Its by Kings Theatre like Cue Card was bought for £60,000 read in stable reports they like the look of it, interesting they are sticking it in a good race like this.
Elsewhere
Market Rasen 12.30 Andhaar @ 2.14
Beat a very good horse last time out should be hard to beat if running that well again.
Punchestown 2.15 Voler La Vedette @ 5/2
Solwhit is the best horse in the race but I think the mare might be able to catch it out on its first run.
Punchestown 3.55 Steele Rock 16/1 E/W
Fair 3rd over hurdles just think it could be overpriced in this.

I doubt your £2.50 e/w would have caused the bookes to trim their price.

| Limerick 12.55 Sagarian @ 10/3
Smart flat form in France, first go over hurdles last month was good before fading an was first run for over a year.
Warwick 2.00 Dont Turn Bach @ 2/1
Very good bumper form with Mullins, has had a breathing operation since its bad first run for Nicholls at Aintree should be in the mix if taking to hurdles.
Couple of E/Ws in the 1.55 at Limerick that might be overpriced.
Pineau De Re 8/1 bumper form reads really well but has been off track for 2 years.
Macarthur 10/1 has been running to 96 on the flat this year and had run to 122 when with O'Brien would have a very good chance if taking to hurdles.

Told everyone that would listen on Saturday morning. Ended up a bit busy before I went to the pub Saturday tea time, and decided the weather was too bad to walk over to the bookies from the pub during the Liverpool match to put it on. How I was annoyed when I seen it happen.

| Hereford 1.00 Admission 12/1 E/W 13/8 place
The Alan King and Nicholls horses are both well ahead in the market due to who they are and with them being ex French flat horses, they could be very good but I think Admission has been overpriced because of it, on flat form Admission should be fav having run to 103 this year while with Bell with close finishes behind the likes of Myplacelater who was 2nd in a Group 3 last time out and Corsica who came 3rd in the St Leger, needs to be able to jump an we don't know that yet but same goes for the Nicholls horse, it got Paul Moloney onboard and I just think it could be underated due to the so called big yards being in the race.

I know, but when monies tight at the end of the month, a losing bet is something you can do without!

True, we've probably all been there (not 100/1 shot but missing out on a good bet due to funds being tight). As Barry Hills said the bigger the odds the more you should bet
