The Raps are looking a bit weak on the bench, which is in complete contrast to least season. Fingers crossed that injuries don't screw up the season.

Can't wait to get started. I'll miss the start of the season cos I'll be in Spain but have got tickets for the Raps-Pistons game on Nov 5th. Hopefully with Rasheed Wallace playing there will be fireworks!

How's yur team doing? We've been up and down, the last week has been the perfect example, we beat the Celtics and lost against the Thunder, we score alot but let in around 108 a game.

Hardly surprises them, Orlando have been alot better than I thought.

Us too. We went into a real slump which cost Sam Mitchell his job. Since then we've been very unpredicatable. We have won 3 of our last 4 but I'm not reading too much into that.

On a good note, Andrea Bargnani is finally showing us what he can do and has been out best player over the last 5/6 games. Also Calderon is still 100% from the line. This streak goes back into last season. He's already broken the franchise record for consecutive free throws and is closing in on the NBA record. He's on 75 (I think). The record is 97.

O'Neal on the block for the Raptors apparently, Eddy Curry anyone?

Nobody in their right mind would pick him up on that salary with his recurring injuries so I'm thinking we're stuck with him. I can only hope he's back soon because he was pretty effective just before he went out. He's only listed as day to day so fingers crossed.

As for Curry...no thanks!

Rumours now about O'Neal for Shawn Marion. Would be a great bit of business for us if it happened. We desperately need to strengthen our perimeter defence, which has been shocking all season.

Nice to see the Raps halt a 7 game skid last night. Calderon leading the way on his return with 23 pts and 10 assists. That's exactly what we need.

Marrion oneal did happen JO isnt playing that badly with miami. Mayburry goes to the cetics

I was sad to see Moon go as part of that deal. Both seem to be doing well for their new club, as is Marion for the Raps. Sadly we're still patchy as fook and can't seem to perform for the full 48. I think Colangelo will have his work cut out in the off season getting this team back on track.

Ive found the Magic series with Celts to be awful apart from last nights game, the bulls series was superb.

Lakers are so hit and miss its untrue

I think Denver will take out the lakers and the cavs will take out the east comfortably then beat Denver 4-1 in the finals

Hoping for a Magic victory. I have developed a bit of a crush on Superman, despite the fact that he always takes the Raps to the cleaners when we play them.

Howard is a freak i know a lot get raved about Lebron and Kobe (rightly so) but Howard has been immense and led the Magic through to the finals i think they we will win it now they wont be able to contain Howard in the paint

Providing he doesn't Howard off too much that's going to be one amazing team next season. Shame for me as I like Orlando. They have some class players and a real character for a coach. Carter being there just sours them for me.



Don't know a whole lot about the kid (DeRozen) the Raps drafted in the first round, but already comparisons are being made to Carter. As long as he has the talent without the 'tude that'll do for me.
