I saw London Welsh play against Bristol a few weeks ago at their current ground, it really is embarrassingly tinpot. It seemed to be located in the middle of an open park or something. It's hard to believe that club could be in the Premiership!

The RFU have announced that London Welsh are not eligible for promotion to Premiership and so maintain a presence in the north east of England.
