Yeah but obviously it not so clear cut maybe she had/has post traumatic stress etc (or whatever you'd call it in a rape situation) where the woman takes a while to be able to talk about it.

Other issues seem to be that it is only a civil case and not a criminal case, so people are assuming that she is only interested in money.

I'll always be a huge Favre fan, but i've lost a chunk of my respect for him.

He was the iron man of football, did everything and was seemingly a normal guy. This past two years he has become a whiny primadonna who by the looks of it just wants to get one over on Ted Thompson who kept A-Rod, which was completely the correct decision.

He's hell bent on ruining his legacy by continually returning. If he wanted another ring then i could understand if he was joining a team guaranteed the play-offs but the Vikes aren't guaranteed.

Another year of A-Rod, a full off season for Grant. The only possible deficiency is our defensive transition.

I have heard that New England might be interested I hope not I cant see why we would want him to be honest, I have no problem with him playing but hope he doesnt get given a huge contract again and as long as he isnt at the patriots he can go whereever he likes!

Vick coming back is a joke.

Goodell is supposedly the tough guy on people who do wrong. I, personally think he should never return to the NFL for what he did (and i feel the same about Stallworth).

Secondly he is a completely average player. He is a below average passer but obviously a decent runner. I don't think that will work as much anymore either. Defensive players are stronger, quicker and likely to go after him specifically. He isn't good enough to be a all out QB and not strong enough to be an RB.

He has slight potential in the Wildcat, but the only team that run it to a serious extent is Miami and they have Pat White, who is a better version of Vick. Defenses will figure it out soon to.

I'd want him knowhere near my team. The negative far outweighs the positives.

I think possible homes are:

New England- I just get the feeling Bellicheat would try it.

Cleveland- Realistic with Anderson and Quinn? For comedy i want him to play in the Dawg Pound.

Oakland- Doesn't fit at all but Wierd Al, like Bellicheat, i just think would try it.

Denver- McDaniels will probably let somebody else sign him and then trade 5 first round picks for him.

It's difficult to predict where he could go, most teams are set at QB.

His passing is quite good, the problem being is that he never stays in the pocket and always throwing on the run. I think he'd be a great pick-up.

Goddell is taking the water now. He should have suspended Vick for the entire season. Hopefully no team will pick him up. But someone will do.

Vick has been suspended since the criminal charges were brought. In effect, he already has been suspended 2 years. Players have got a lot less for driving ed and killing people. Arguably, he has been harshly treated.

I've heard it all now. If Vick gets back to anything like the level he was at Atlanta prior to his suspension he'll get a job somewhere as a back-up for the short term.

There was a period of a couple of years where he was virtually undefendable when he took off. If he'd had Turner in the backfield, Roddy White at WR and Gonzalez at TE that team would have got to more than one Superbowl. He was carrying that Falcons offense in the early 2000s.

His perfomance at Lambuea was amazing.
