This is probs the most weird bet on a horse I have done haha its been racing over in Jersey and makes its debut for its new yard today, trying to work out some sort of RPR it can run to could be 70-80 which could put it in the frame here its going off 9st 4lb which is alot less then the near 11st its done in Jersey

Just noticed King Of Swords is running in the last at Ponte...

Not backed it as I've only just seen it, but backed it on all five runs this season.. It's a course winner and slipping back down to a winning mark, with it not carrying my cash it will probably win.

Really hope this lack of winners is because I'm off to Haydock on June 19th. I'm off with a minibus of mates who're off to see JLS (I know) and i think i'm the only one off for the gee gees. Its not a bad day out £29 all in.

I highly doubt St Nic will be seen on a racecourse again.
Workforce will be going for the Arc, and will beat St Nic if he goes, whether workforce beats the rest is another matter.

I can also confirm Workforce will miss the Irish Derby and head onto the King George, there is also a distinct possibility the colt will run as a 4year old.

Bit strange if true - Irish Derby has a bigger purse, and there doesn't look like there's a 3yo to touch Workforce. I wouldn't be putting it up against older horses like Fame & Glory on only it's 4th run.

Its from a mate at the yard, obv not 100% true as final decisions have yet to be made, but that's where there leaning towards at the moment.

Well I'm glad they're going for one or the other, and also pleased they're not going down the mile and a quarter Eclipse/International/Irish Champion route.

Those lucky bookmakers nearly always get saved in accumulator circumstances. Wishing you the best of luck with the last one. You need balls of tungsten to put a five horse acca on at the best of times, let alone on the poorer standard of animal.

The last one looks to have some handy form, and although McCain has a decent entry, a 10lb pull may help the Vaughan horse home. Just backed it myself.

St Nick didn't please in his gallop last week so missed the Derby. Not overly keen on backing a horse who's not shown anything for 9 months but good luck to those backing him, at the moment he's a massive lay if showing up in the Irish Derby. I wasn't that impressed with him at Newmarket and they felt he didn't handle the undulations of Newmarket so IMO he had no chance of handling Tattenham corner.

Workforce on the other hand was given a great ride by Ryan, sat in perfect position and quickened clear of At First Sight but it wasn't a vintage Derby and he'll have to go on and beat older horses to prove he's above average.

Wouldn't back SNA until he has shown he's alright in himself but the talent is there for him to win a big pot on his day.

Was confident about Beyond and Spirit Of Adjisa though against these, the jockey booking sold me on Beyond (McCoys only of the day) along with its flat form, Spirit Of Adjisa had some decent placing while at the Kings yard behind good horses.

I've never put an EW accumulator on, what happens if some of the selections are placed and some win, how does it affect your odds?

Last four bets I've had, three have came in, and the one that didn't was a free bet I'd used. Hope this keeps up.

I don't bet on the dogs much as I've never had much luck. Just watched the Gymcrack Final from Hall Green then, the winner, Blue Artisan, looks a serious dog going places.

Placed means less like I had two 2nds so I ended up getting bit less then my stake back and if one didn't place then you have done your money.

Might have to take the first price to get any value as it looks set to be a short un. But, then again, as long as it wins the price doesn't matter too much
